De la consulta efectuada en diversos municipis del Principat se’n poden extreure algunes conclusions sobre si parteix d’un procediment democràtic o no. Per això, sense cap mena de dubte, assegurem:
Que és democràtic fomentar la participació del poble en els grans afers nacionals.
Que és democràtic voler la independència del teu país.
Que és també democràtic votar en contra de la mateixa independència.
Que és democràtic acceptar un resultat.
Tanmateix, entre altres qüestions, no és democràtic intentar evitar que altres es manifestin a les urnes de forma democràtica. I que no es democràtic intentar evitar la independència d’un poble al qual s’oprimeix econòmicament, culturalment i politicament.
